Here is a new monthly feature in which I will recommend movies that I have seen. We all want good, entertaining movies that won't compromise our values, right? Well, check here every month for personal recommendations from me!
This first one is for those of you who love a good romance, but are wanting see a movie that's about love, not sex. If that is what you are looking for, then Love Comes Softly is a movie for you. Even my husband liked this one, and we watched it with all three of our children.
Based on the book by Janette Oke, Love Comes Softly is a tender, heartwarming story about a young widow who learns to love again. Whether you are looking for a good romance to watch with your sweetie or a nice, clean "chick flick" to watch with your friends, you can't go wrong with this movie. I give it five stars.
