July 2004

I hope this update finds you enjoying summer. That is, if summer had bothered to show up for you. Summer seems to be late where I live. Not that I'm complaining. I have enjoyed the mild temperatures and lack of humidity.

And speaking of weather, at least we have had plenty of rain so far this season. And boy has it been needed. Hopefully that means it is the end of the drought my state has been experiencing for the past couple of years. Lake levels have receded, huge sections of the Platte River have dried up, and we've had to conserve water. We certainly need the rain.

Droughts are a part of life, and if you have been experiencing a personal dry season, I hope that this issue of RubyZine is a blessing to you. If you trust in God, remain faithful to him, he will see you through the dry seasons in your life.

And if I can be of any help, remember I am just an email away.

With Love,

Rebecca
