Dear Ruby Readers,
It is my pleasure to announce that RubyZine's "Real Life" columnist and assistant editor, our very own Camy Tang, is officially under contract with Zondervan publishing for her "chick lit" series, Single Sushi. If you want to know more about her, her books, or her writing journey, you can read all about it on her blog: http://camys-loft.blogspot.com
Congratulations, Camy!
Springtime is usually a very positive time for me and my family. With Easter, family get togethers, enjoying the warmer weather and blooming gardens, it is my favorite time of year. This year, however, spring has brought with her some trying times. My Grandmother's health has taken a serious turn for the worse, my 3rd grader's 28-year-old teacher is in the hospital after suffering a stroke over spring break, and my miniature poodle, Chloe, has bladder stones.
But I have been through worse times than this and I'm sure I will again. Thank God that he is with us through every trial, whether big or small.
One of the articles in this month's issue deals with that very thing. So scroll on down and read "God Allows U-Turns: Choices Teens Make," inspired by the book "God Allows U-Turns for Teens." (But don't forget to read the rest of the issue too!)
Have a wonderful Easter, celebrating the resurrection of our Lord and Savior.
Love in Jesus,
Rebecca
